Where’s my bag?

At the end of each business day, we send a shipping confirmation with your order tracking number. It takes about 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

 

What’s up with the site?

If you have issues accessing our website, please contact our Customer Assistance team at support@rebeldeuce.com. Include a screenshot if you can and tell us what browser you’re using. (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)

 

Why won’t my credit card go through?

First, make sure the billing name and address match the credit card. Also know we’re only able to process one credit card per transaction.

How much is shipping in the United States?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 and $5 additional per item in the continental U.S.

 

Does Rebel Deuce deliver internationally, to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Alas, not yet. But it’s something we’re working on. Make sure you stay connected with us and be the first to know when we launch this and other products and features by joining our email list. We promise not to fill your inbox with crap.

 

How do I handle a return?

We’re bummed it didn’t work out but happy to accommodate your returns and exchanges. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

To return an online order via mail, place your prepaid USPS label that was included in your order, on the return package along with the original invoice, securely seal it and drop it off at your nearest USPS store or the carrier specified on the label. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. How do I clean my bag?

Our bags are very easy to clean. The entire bag is wipeable. Take a clean, damp cloth to spot clean. For a deeper clean, dip your damp cloth in a small amount of mild detergent and wipe the interior/exterior of the tote clean. Air dry.

**Do Not Wash and Do Not Put In Dryer** 

Pro tip: You can place a laundry dryer sheet inside of your bag for an instant refresher.
